      There is a great atmosphere in the office. Everyone is good at their job. Company are flexible. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Consilio have recently acquired a few companies in the past year which has unsettled the team.

      Decent Benefits compared to a few companies I have seen benefits from. Decent PTO

      Cons

      Micro Manage Lie and do not do what they promise. They promised to improve medical instead they raise it and thats it. Then when asked about it they claim they never said they would and when asked about phone logs from those calls they claim they do not have them. Ask any of the employees in the Chicago office and they will tell you how many people have left since they acquired Huron Legal Dept. Too many to count. That is never a good sign. Company cares more about its bottom line than its employees. They go against the suggestions of its employees to accommodate 1 client over the hundreds of clients. Very unorganized. SLow network. I can go on an on...

      - Big business opportunities without the stuffy atmosphere that often accompanies big business - Global footprint encourages cross-globe collaboration and exposure to different thought processes - Salary is becoming competitive to a point that leaving to go to a larger company to chase the dollar is unnecessary - Agile group of problem solvers - The team invests in your growth -- if you want more responsibility (at least from a PM-side) all you need to do is ask

      - The clients can be difficult (vast understatement) but that's the industry - M&A integrations - Bennie's need to get better but, as we continue to grow, this should be ameliorated
