      Pros

      It's clear to me that Consilio is and continues to become one of the leaders in the eDiscovery market. I am a believer and proponent of change and this company provides the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally if that's desired. Hard work here is recognized and rewarded. It's also amazing how many technologies and solutions are available which has made my job easier. As a PM, I know internal working teams are important in servicing clients and everyone is driven to succeed which is contagious and why I love working here.

      Cons

      The company is global but it doesn't seem like groups intermingle much. It would be nice to have more global visibility. I also think the health benefits could be a bit more competitive.
