- Ability to work for a large enterprise that feels like you can have a direct impact and see results - Growth potential - Compensation - Team focused on continual improvement of processes, growth, etc. - lattitiude to become an expert at your area of practice

Cons

- BC the company is global, you need to make more of an effort to connect with peers - Great for self-motivated individuals not really a command / control environment - No real equity compensation so you aren't really vested in future outcomes. If you're high achiever / motivated individual, and not in sales, this greatly limits your earning potential.

Work Environment is comfortable, you are allowed to take leaves and interview and the company policies are not very stringent here.

Cons

Overtime issues, and salary is too less for freshers. Less scope of growth. Poor management.
