Great Work Culture/Balance and Growth Opportunities
Pros
Working at Consilio has been a great experience. The work environment is healthy in its diversity and promotes a welcoming and caring culture that is felt throughout its teams/departments. Management tries their best to keep an open door policy as well as be transparent as allowed regarding company updates. From an employee's development standpoint, because Consilio has merged and acquired other entities, the scaling presents significant room for an individual to grow and more importantly lead and develop new processes and policies to pave the way to a larger, successful company. Ideas are welcomed but challenged, not overwriting processes that work but also providing room to be innovative. Lastly there have been nice little perks that add value to the experience, such as WFH opportunities, free lunches on Friday (DC), business casual/relaxed attire, and a quarterly bonus structure.
Cons
The current state of data is not as aligned as it could be between systems. This presents an "untangling" stage of work that's required before trying to develop new processes. As this was stated as a pro for me, it's up to the individual to streamline and tackle with a positive outlook.
