Payment on time for difficult yet manageable work. Friendly, trained, and professional staff. Easy, fun, and interesting work. Flexible Schedule

Cons

Time between projects is absolutely irregular. Projects can be cancelled up to the day of reporting. Not a reliable source of income.

- Market leader in the eDiscovery space growing organically and through acquisition and through product / service innovation - Solid opportunity to learn and grow for most positions from entry through senior leadership, if you want it - Mature senior leadership team rooted in sound judgement and reality - Low to no internal politics, good team dynamics across most groups - Good financial standing / stability - Fair and competitive compensation, solid investments in diversity and culture - Flexible work schedule and remote work capabilities

Cons

- Equity / options are not available due to the structure of outside investment - Can feel a bit disconnected between offices since company is so distributed; requires more effort to remain connected to peers
