      IF you want to really know about this company call any receptionist or Assistant they will tell you the TRUTH!!

      THERE ARE TONS...Get what you can and leave!! Take it to a real company that cares about people! HR is useless, managers don't care they stab you in the heart not back!!

      Great local leadership, flexible hours, used to be a great place to work

      Cons

      Horrible, horrible response to Covid restrictions. Trying to cut pay from already near the bottom end of the salary range for similar jobs, changing pay structure from weekly to biweekly just when we need it the most. Very ineffective remote project leadership - little guidance and just getting yelled at 24/7 by a non-ABA non-barred graduate is demeaning.
