Horrible place to work

Pros

The other employees were nice

Cons

This is a sexist company. I lodged lots of complaints against my manager being sexist against women, even male workers were floored by his actions. HR did nothing about it, just buried the 3+complaints made by the other 3 women on his team. Nothing was done by them. No one one his team was happy and I can’t think of one person in the area I say that was happy with management or the work. Health benefits were horrible. They made employee contributions go up by 20% and there contribution went down 3%. When questioned about it no answers were given other then, it went up for everyone. They had no reasonable answer as to why their contribution went down. We were either ignored or told a blanket answer as stated above. I tried to get off this team several times and management stopped me. I was cornered in the same position with no chance of getting away from my sexist manager and no chance of promotion. The employee morale is super low and jokes are made constantly about what a horrible place this is to work. My career died with this company. I developed a deep depression working here. The sexist management gave me PTSD and I found myself saying sorry before every statement at work and at home. “I’m sorry” was the first and last two words of every statement. As I was told to leave my personal life at home, yet my home life was perfect... it was my work life that had me building anger and depression I couldn’t get away from. Management didn’t care and HR have no damns as well. I couldn’t wait to put in my two weeks notice. An employee should never leave thinking they are the problem from both management and HR when there are three others with the same complaints and issues.

Pros

They were always able to really nail administration of their March Madness pool.

Cons

Clueless and evil management. The company we worked for was acquired by Consilio. Within a year of integration, every full-time employee who was even remotely competent or decent left for "other opportunities". Every single one. They lie to their employees, lie to their clients, and to themselves. They care about all of the wrong things.

Pros

it is a job. On site Consilio employees are nice and helpful.

Cons

Pay is under market. Corporate Consilio (off site) employees are incompetent and give incorrect info. Consilio screws the employee every chance they get - they switch the payroll system to new cheaper company and no one knows how much sick leave they have. Can't use benefits because HR tells you incorrect info.
