1. Good team leads. 2. Good tech stack.
Cons
1. Bad management. 2. Managers who only seek to impress upper management and put ton of pressure on the team. 3. No scope of climbing the ladder easily. If you're talented you get assigned more tickers with no appreciation. 4. They have a US team and they get to work on all the core parts and the project is passed on to Indian team to wash, test, fix bugs and cleanup.
