We value our current and former employee’s feedback. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is important that we recognize different working styles within the projects team. We understand challenges arise as we are growing quickly. Management have requested to recruit for additional positions to help with the workload and stress management on the projects team. Pros

LOTS of work to keep you busy. GREAT coworkers. Company shows appreciation with lunches, picnics, etc. Upper management seems to have an open door policy, and they actually listen to you. They're flexible on their hours, meaning you can start work as early as 6:00 AM or as late as 9:00 AM. (Depending on the manager, they're pretty flexible with PTO as well). Account Managers, for the most part, are really good. Compensation is good, if you have experience (I can't speak for those without)

Cons

LOTS of work to keep you busy. (Seriously, if you can't handle a large workload that makes your day fly by, don't apply. I enjoy that kind of environment) No clear cut path for advancement. Ambiguous career opportunities. Bonuses for Account Reps are team based Bonuses for Project Coordinators are tied to the company's profit Antiquated software - Great Plains is NOT a CRM software. Trying to use an accounting program to handle CRM is only hurting your business and production. I know some Account Reps that take 5x longer to create work orders because they were improperly trained on how to use Great Plains.

We appreciate you taking the time to write a thoughtful review and hearing about your personal experience. We are happy that “CFP is one of your favorites to work for.” We care deeply for our employees and want to show our appreciation as much as possible. We take pride in our supportive team culture. Our compensation packages are designed to encourage team support and development. Human Resource have set up a schedule to remind our management team to complete the reviews. Challenges are presented as we are growing; however we are dedicated to improving. Your feedback have been shared with our management team.
