Pros

Outgoing atmosphere, great benefits, supportive leadership team, comprehensive, hands on training, company incentives for hard work.

Cons

Room for growth can be a bit competitive when there are not too many higher positions available. The operations/training leadership teams are fantastic, it is your team's direct manager that can lack the skills needed to create a cohesive, team oriented unit.

Pros

CFP is a great company to work for if you are looking for growth. As long as you keep your head down and work hard, you will have opportunities to move up. The management team encourage those with potential to take on leadership roles. As a woman of color, it is important to know that I am on an even playing field. I have been here for 1 year and 7 months and was promoted shortly after my year. You have to earn your position, but they give you the tools you need to succeed.

Cons

The work can be overwhelming if you are not organized. As long as you work hard and ask questions, you should be good! There are some employees that are content with doing the bare minimum and it may feel discouraging. It is important to keep your head down and focus on your work to be the best you can be.

Pros

The company is a great company. A great company to work for because it's fill with nothing but good people. You can trust everyone. Everyone is working towards a common goal and working hard. The manager and higher ups care about all of their employee. My manager was a great manager who would stick up for anyone in her team. This company is a great company to work for. I highly recommend it to any of my friends and family. They treat all of their employees well and would go back if i didn't relocate.

Cons

If you aren't a good worker, the workload is overwhelming. Just work hard and you'll see it's not so bad.
