They will hire anyone, even temporarily.

Cons

The pay sucks and they do not give room to negotiate. Overworked, underpaid. Required to come in even when you're sick. Can't take time off the last two weeks of the month or the beginning.

decent pay, lots of overtime opportunities, doable work if you’re good at reading & writing fast, good-ish entry level job

Cons

favoritism, workload is insane, overtime is pretty much mandatory at the end of each month, unreliable training (if any at all), clique-like environment depending on teams
