      Pros

      They do a lot for the employees, potlucks, lunches, Christmas parties etc. Most companies don't have all that anymore.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible!! You cannot turn to them for help without retaliation.

      We are sorry that you were not able to go to management for help. Over the past two years we have implemented changes in processes, registered seniors and management for additional training, and grew the operations teams. We expect our managers and leaders to be approachable and available to assist & support their teams.

      Great in the beginning

      Pros

      It had a great starting pay and fantastic hours. Everyone was friendly and supportive. Constantly busy with no time twiddle your thumbs.

      Cons

      They didn't manage their accounts well. They let themselves get swamped and behind in work before they hired enough employees to manage and by that point it was too late.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our company has grown rapidly and back then we were not prepare for the fast growth at the time. Over the past two years we doubled in size, moved into a bigger building, implemented changes in processes, registered seniors and management for additional training, and grew the operations teams. We expect our managers and leaders to be approachable and available to assist & support their teams.
