Pros
Relatively good balance between professional and personal life (in general, but of course it depends on department and level). Relatively small operation, good to learn many things very fast.
Cons
High turn-over (in all levels, but much more in management level). Most of the times, stress similar to a big company (but benefits / salary of a medium company). Lack of respect with managers and, in some cases, coordinators. Company is not very well organized.
