A good place to work, but like any company there are issues.

Pros

Because of the acquisitions it allows for individual growth. Great people to work with and always giving 100% for each other, if not for the company. Leadership that's been with the organization for along time, easy to communicate with because they know you.

Cons

Acquisitions also can cause disruption. Being owned by a VC has it's draw backs, but on the whole hasn't been too detrimental. Wages in some areas below current averages. It would be nice to see some benefits taken away because of the economy returned.
