      Pros

      The people, the culture and the mission to help small business are what make this place so special. The people who work here are incredibly smart and talented. The culture is all about creating a workplace environment that puts people and work life balance first. How do you not feel great at the end of the day helping small businesses succeed!

      Cons

      Been here over five years and been thru many ups and downs as with any company and frankly I'm really hard pressed to come up with any cons. This is a special place to work and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

      Pros

      Beer Cart, Benefits, 401k, Stock Plan. The Benefits all are the pros. I don't have much else to say besides I would take less benefits for another opportunity.

      Cons

      Too Much Lateral Movement. Pay for customer facing jobs is very minimal. No true HR Department to handle matters. Poor harassment handling. Managers will hold you back if they do not want to lose you. Alcohol is overly distributed at all CTCT events making for uncomfortable situations including managers hooking up with employees in front of everyone and no one else seems to have a problem with it. Once you give your notice they make it very uncomfortable for you.

      Pros

      If your twenty and just out of college then this is a great environment for you for the first six months of your career. After that you'll likely just want to move on as you'll realize this is not the type of pla e you build a career at. If your a software developer then dont even bother. Plenty of better jobs elsewhere, this place will just be a waste of your time.

      Cons

      Age biased. Just looking for young cheap labor. Not product focused at all. Everything is a giant sales pitch. No different then working on a trading floor. Not technogy driven. Sales focused. Nothing more than a giant frat party.
