      Pros

      Free sodas and juice, beer cart Fridays, and a pretty relaxed atmosphere. If you like to work hard and play hard, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's stressful. Especially around the holidays. There are certain people in management you feel like you have to tip toe around.

      People don't sweat the small stuff. Customers, customers, customers!! Lots of good people that care about what they do.

      Cons

      Can be consensus driven so decisions can be a long process. Can also be very resistant to change.
