Pros

The company is really looking to expand and grow, putting a solid amount of pressure on the teams. At the same time, they show they care through access to resources, supporting employees dealing with family issue or weather (hurricane) impacts. It is nice to see both sides.

Fair salary, good benefits, generous PTO

Cons

Leadership installed by Clearlake is awful. They are only interested in cooking the books for an IPO or resale to a different private equity firm. They do not care about customers and I don't think they even care about sustainable growth, they're just interested in revenue and profits. First thing they did was raise prices on a bunch of customers to juice revenue and then they started gutting the entry level plan to make it useless and drive upgrades. They hate having an award-winning customer support team and want to replace everyone with chatbots.
