Pros
With warm leads, this is a sales person's dream! There aren't any cold calls and you get typically people that truly want to hear from you. At times it's hard to get people off the phone. And you're selling a product that you can believe in. The company culture is great and its a true work hard, play hard atmosphere. They had cool sales contests giving away TV's, iPads, computers, etc. There is great comradary within the sales department and the willingness to openly share best practices. The team managers are knowledgeable and care about you as an individual. As a growing company Constant Contact was once a great company to work for, then it became a little too corporate, but with a few tweaks it can become great again.
Cons
Upper management and operations aren't knowledgeable in how to set realistic, motivating goals. There were some months that the targets were viewed as unreachable which isn't motivating at all. Generally they have good intentions of setting accurate targets but if they get it wrong, they need to own up, and change them quickly. While call productivity is important, they need to concentrate a tad less on call metrics and more on acquisition.
