Pros

The mission of working for small businesses keeps management humble, and focused on the right targets. I've also never seen a company so willing to share information at all levels of management, and maintain constant transparency, which improves morale and helps employees maintain a sense of purpose. The emphasis on work/life balance is immense, and work hard, play hard mentality drives the success of every department!

No cons yet! Just need to keep up the hard work to scale up to the number of customers, to maintain the same spirit that makes Constant Contact!

Pros

Good work environment with great benefits. Can be laid back, depending on which department you work for. Used to be very good with allowing employees to attend conferences to learn new skills. Free soda and beer on Fridays. Fun environment at times.

Cons

A lot of talented employees have either left or let go. Current upper management are not the brightest people but they are very clever at protecting their inner circle. Sadly, their initiative is not to improve the company but rather self preservation and their huge salaries. The company relies too much on false metrics and short term results. Sustainability will be an issue.
