Pros

-Good Benefits. -Some Great Coworkers. -Can't think of anymore. -It's a job for now.

Cons

.Nobody knows what is going on. The standard answer when asking for information is "I'll get back to you on that." . Sr Management is so out of touch with what is going on it's obscene. . Promotions are based on who likes you, certainly not ability. . Increasingly difficult to meet the ever changing goals which impacts pay. . Lot of wasted resources on travel back and forth from Mass to Co. High tech equipment so video conferencing readily available yet they choose to fly back and forth ALL THE TIME. . Very unhappy workforce and management just ignores or doesn't care. . No direction so they just keep changing everything constantly and hoping for different results. .The company is breaking down rapidly.

Pros

Decent Salary OK Benefits The worker bees are great people and very talented

Cons

If you aren't part of the "cool kids table" you will not get very far. And there's no room at the cool kids table. Do as your told, not as I do mentality. Lots of people with bloated stock options as well as egos. And many, many empty suit managers who have no business managing people, let alone driving strategy. Finally if you're brown-noser with no self respect, you will thrive here

Pros

Best part of Constant Contact was the comradery between the rest of the sales floor - made lifetime friends here.

Cons

Constant Contact was a great place a few years back, but has slowly but surely gotten worse as time has gone on. What was once promised "fully remote" turned into - "if you live X amount of hours from an office you are REQUIRED to come in" It went from a company that genuinely wanted to help their customer base out, to how can we force these people to pay us and hope they stay? They care more about how many people you are dialing and how many times they are dialed a day than keeping customers here for the long haul. Goals continue to skyrocket as lead flow continues to dip. Constant Contact went from a helping out their customer base understand the product and how to market their business to a call center where it is high pressure, very micro manage-y and they only care to get the card information. The turnover from brand new employees to seasoned vets within the last 6 months alone should show you to stay far, far away.
