      Pros

      Work/life balance is pretty good. My job is incredibly easy.

      Cons

      I've gotten the same performance review for the past six years and no promotion. Terrible job of developing talent; career development to them is lip service. Commute to Waltham is getting worse. Slow to innovate (though this is getting better).

      Pros

      They try to do fun things to keep moral up (beer cart, themed lunches/pot lucks, holiday party and summer outings) It use to be a great place to work- the culture and environment really shifted Health insurance and most benefits are good

      Cons

      You constantly see great people leaving for better (they are not good at retaining talent) Decision makers are not qualified (with talent leaving, they are promoting more and more strictly on politics vs. qualifications) You can't trust the HR department (usually HR is an intermediary between the employee and the company, not the case here anymore.)

      Pros

      When I started, the people, customers, and product were top notch.

      Cons

      The culture shifted during my time there, and the focus went from being on the customer, to the bottom line. This is the reason for their decline in marketshare...........they went from being a Small Business focused on Small Business, to a Medium-Large sized business, focused on revenue.
