Pros
Great people, lots of collaboration, decent benefits, lots of opportunities to progress and increase your career, everyone here generally cares not only for one another, but also for the customers/clients we provide our service to.
Cons
There aren't many downsides to working at Constant Contact, however, I have heard many people wish that the Benefits were a little bit better, such as a lower 401(k) Match than previous jobs. There's also a fairly large disconnect from the "Customer Operations" working environment, to the rest of the company
