They need to rethink their hiring philosophy. I have worked at the company for 6 months and of the close to 25 salesmen they have hired there is only 3 of us still here, mostly because the management is so aggressive about firing people who have a bad month. Then pressure is put on us to prefer unrealisticly well due to them being short staffed. Not to mention the millions they spend on hiring and onboarding just to fire 90% of them. You are also expected to work 10-12 hours per day even though the job description says 8 hours a day.
