Pros

Constant Contact is an awesome place to launch a sales career. The training program is comprehensive, and the culture on the sales floor is the best I've seen. I highly recommend Constant Contact for anyone looking to get into their first closing role or looking to break into software sales.

Cons

Not a con, however this is a high volume and transactional role, be ready to work hard!

Great culture, lower turnovers, a lot of programs to help employee grow and develop, 401K match and great work life balance.

Cons

More diversity in management would be even better.

Very fast paced, so it can be hard to get any footing (but that's not necessarily a bad thing) Short Deadlines can sometimes affect the quality of work
