Pros

I still work remote, although those close to office have to go in sometimes now.

Cons

This place is so disorganized and there’s no plan from leadership just constant fluffy words with nothing to back it up. I no longer trust leadership when they make guarantees and promises there won’t be layoffs when it’s happened twice. CC acquired multiple businesses but everything is really disjointed leaving people feeling isolated. Below market compensation

- a lot of opportunity if you are collaborative and willing to grow laterally and not just vertically -employees are very engaged and motivated by the customer experience -hybrid environment offers great flexibility

Cons

-historically leaned too heavily on cascading messaging for some information, resulting in a lack of clarity across functions because not done effectively across all teams
