Pros

- Great people, great culture - Unlimited vacation - Lots of opportunity for growth - Execs are very transparent with what's going on in the company

Cons

- Too much middle management - Too many priorities which results in confusion about direction of the company - Lots of change in short amount of time - Certain processes seem to continually change without any apparent reason or explanation - Company has been losing a lot of top talent. Hopefully the company is looking at why so we can retain our top talent

Regarding company direction, we hope the company kick-off and our refined core values have helped clear up any gray areas for you. In addition, we hope our employees take advantage of the bi-weekly company meetings which are a good opportunity to gain insight into what the organization is focusing on overall. Questions are always encouraged during these; so please don't hesitate to ask for further details during the meetings or one-off. Transparency is a priority for us and we'd like to make sure we're consistently living up to that.

Pros

The people who work here are great as long as they are not senior mgt. Everyone pitches in and helps each other Benefits are good

Cons

Sr. Mgt. needs to stay more in touch with what is really going on and speak to the workers who are not managers and get some honest feedback and not what they want to hear from their sr. managers

Smart people Many people really care about customer experience Some departments still exhibit good teamwork and positive attitudes Pockets of collaboration still exist within specific departments

Trend has been growing where individuals are more concerned with individual/department influence than what is the right solution for the customer or organization as a whole.
