Large team of product designers

Cons

No organization, onboarding takes an average of 6-9 months according to management, management provides zero guidance and has no idea what's going on, lots of pointless red tape for every project, no work life balance.

There’s also a lot of red tape, which makes it hard to stay efficient and nimble. Growth opportunities are limited in most areas, and priorities shift constantly without a clear unified direction.
