Pros
Just like their name, this company is always evolving and pushing their tech forward. I’m so glad I accepted a role here, the product’s value is obvious and unique. My only recommendation would be to keep leveling up the UI/UX, cloud databases, and CRM features for different user tiers - Everyone is welcoming. Depending on the team, the managers are generally very cool and supportive. Pay: If you put in the work, the earnings are great and on par with other top companies. Benefits: Solid perks (Gym, Health, 401k, phone bill, etc…) and a huge office with private rooms and entertainments.
Cons
Constant Contact should definitely consider raising the hourly pay. Aside from that, it is a great place to learn about all things tech and business if you are willing to put in the effort
