Pros
At this point, absolutely none.
Cons
The CEO is a liar. There were company layoffs earlier this year. The CEO, during a company-wide meeting after said "There will be no more layoffs." That was a clear lie as there were just a couple of people who were "let go" and there is no way it was related to performance. The company also steals from their employees. They overwork and underpay them. Here is a quote said by the Chief People Officer during a meeting with all of the company's people managers. "The days of a 9 to 5 workday is a thing of the past." This implies that you will be working much more than 40 hours, which if you speak to anyone not hourly, is true. If that is the case, how about all of the salaried employees be converted to hourly. Then the company can pay me double for the time I put in to do my job. Lastly, we have two offices in Massachusetts, recently opened an office in Canada...for what? The company has to lay off people. A bunch of people aren't being funded for a merit pay increase this year because the company is doing so poorly financially. WHAT IS THE POINT!
