Questionable behavior and pervasive lack of ethics

Pros

Better pay and benefits than many other companies in area

Cons

Vile, disgusting, obscene, bullying and illegal behavior is openly tolerated and too often rewarded. Some managers get away with rarely showing up to work and adding zero value. One former manager regularly pressured me and many others to drink and drive - not cool for a company in the beverage alcohol business. Hiring of minority candidates is a joke; hiring of the disabled is nonexistent. Company used to be ethical, but those days are over.

Pros

Constellation Brands is a great company, employing great people. Employees have incredible opportunities for growth. The company is growing fast and performing well. Our culture is like that of a small family owned company, but we are a $6Bn publicly traded company(STZ). And our products are outstanding.

Cons

If you don't like to work hard, stay home. There is never a dull moment at Constellaion Brands. Change is part of he game, if you are looking for stability in what to do from day to day, you can find it at Constellation, but you'll need to look hard. Those of us who love this company see this as a pro.

Pros

Constellation Brands has a great management team, cares about their employees through strong employee engagement programs. Has great training benefits in a good industry.

Cons

As a publicly traded company, management must make short term decisions that are not always in the best interest of long term growth.
