Pros

Good culture, summer hours, they take care of their employees, good training. They offer employee wine sales as well as wine tasting classes so that employees become experts on their products. Everyone in the office is very friendly and gets along very well. There are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of at Constellation.

Pros

The benefits; such as, product allowance, having a bar at work and the fact that you are encouragement to use it, RSU and Option stock along with ESPP, are awesome perks for a job that you work very hard at.

Cons

Lack of advancement and growth opportunity, unless you are in finance
