      Pros

      Company strives for work hard, play hard concept. People tend to be highly experienced. There are very few employees with little experience. Generally, people stay at the company a long time. Many people truely love working here in alcohol beverage industry.

      Cons

      You have to do your job and do it well, otherwise, this is a company that will let underperformers go. (Some may like a culture like that)

      Pros

      Good perks (wine discounts) and salary in most cases - benefits actually pretty bad especially health care.

      Cons

      Was a great company to work for but over last three or four years management changes have made it a terrible place to work unless you are one of the chosen few that get away with anything they want to do. Management keeps pushing people to unreasonable workload levels and even if those individuals can keep up with the requirements they are not compensated accordingly for their efforts. Morale terrible for all but the "chosen few"
