Great culture, diversity and inclusion, LDP, great teammates.

Cons

Low pay. Low pay. Low pay. Even if you have been with the company for years their annual salary raise it’s too low.

Managers hit or miss. Had one great one and one who a real stickler and not flexible or understanding. Pay was not good

It is nice to hear you are working with a great group of people. We are very proud of the culture we have built at ConstructConnect. It's regrettable you haven't always connected with your manager. Investing in our managers is a priority and one we hold ourselves accountable to. We do a Gallup Survey twice yearly to understand our employees’ experiences and use the survey outcomes to build plans that support an engaged culture. The Content team has earned the honor of promoting the most employees into other roles across the business. We are also beginning Success Planning for this year. Please contact your manager to schedule a time to meet with them.

Pros

Great sales experience, its straight up cold calling and working all the details in salesforce.

Cons

-Pay is very low, you don't make the actual sales so your commissions are out of your control. -More than half of the sales force (aprox 80 people) do not hit goal. Many people get placed on PIP right out of training. Need to adapt and learn fast as the training from your enablement team and direct managers was fairly poor and usually the solution was always to make more calls than you already were. - Very little room for growth.

Our Enablement team takes great pride in the education they deliver and in the partnership they have with Sales.
