Thanks for sharing your appreciation of our amazing colleagues at ConstructConnect. Our team is committed to a path of continuous improvement, including creating opportunities to connect in person and develop new skills. Reflecting that, three months ago we transitioned to a hybrid schedule of being in the office two days each week for our offices in Cincinnati and Atlanta while continuing to support fully remote roles in other locations. We’ve seen that being together in person can speed up problem-solving, strengthen relationships, and create more opportunities for learning and career development. As an additional component of supporting our learning and development, we may challenge team members to contribute in new ways, including learning news skills like how to embrace AI tools to reduce routine work and enable data-driven decision making.
