Pros

You love your job. And you live your consumers you try your best but it’s never good enough. They talk down to you .

Cons

They treat you bad no matter how good you are.. it’s sad because most of the mangers once was dcc and now with a higher position they act like they are better than the staff

Pros

I've seen people advance to the highest levels within the company. If you have what it takes to stand out, you will be noticed, and there seems to be a hunger and appreciation for competence.

Cons

The agency has had to compromise on its standards in order to retain direct support staff. I've seen staff get away with a ton and keep their jobs. I think the company pride and culture has suffered as a result.
