Individuals served are wonderful to work with

Cons

Upper management is terrible. Rude, condescending and will fire anyone who doesn't comply. Staffing ratios are lowered to cover themselves and save money leaving staff and clients at risk. Pay is low and OT is forced. Staff are forced to work constantly under extreme stress. I had to leave for my own well being

We treat our individuals with care and respect. People work really hard to support our individuals.

Cons

We are overworked, no support from administration, poor pay. Staff gets no respect. It used to be a place to work. Not anymore.

Really good insurance benefits and dental. Better than the last organization I worked for. The individuals we support at program make the work worth it. A lot of overtime available

Cons

Health and human services isn’t a good fit for everyone. If you’ve never worked with people with disabilities, you may not be well-suited.
