Pros

We treat our individuals with care and respect. People work really hard to support our individuals.

Cons

We are overworked, no support from administration, poor pay. Staff gets no respect. It used to be a place to work. Not anymore.

Pros

Wonderful individuals that we serve. They are the pure joy. Great direct care staff very dedicated and hard working. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Very low pay for direct support staff. Staffing is so short, people are forced to work doubles and triples and work days on end. This has been consistent for almost a year now. Any complaints or mistakes made result in termination. Pay scale is very low which distracts potential new hires.
