      There is nothing worthy about this company.

      Cons

      Consumer Cellular uses the bait of bonuses to hook great employees in when they are short-staffed. What no one tells you, even after you question, is that they are not planning to keep new employees long-term. This company also discriminates against the elderly and disabled. Please do not consider this company!

      They care about their employees and they don't just treat you like a number. It's more like a family environment. Good pay and great benefits.

      Absolutely terrible company.

      Pay is livable, shifts are good, and work from home option

      Cons

      Company is all over the place. No one is on the same page. One supervisor is telling you one thing and another supervisor is telling you something completely different. Attendance policy is very strict yet every supervisor has different rules. Absolutely no time off unless you have the PTO, even if requested a head of time. Terrible system when working from home, audio issues left and right, system freezing, etc. They will completely blame those issues on you or your internet provider instead of fixing the system. They will also complain that it will effect your metrics even though the system issues are completely out of your control. Also that $500 referral credit? Absolute hell. You have to fight HR for it. You are literally just a number to this company.
