Pros

Great place for starting out. You actually do promote if you work hard and most of your higher ups are happy to help you reach those goals.

Cons

You will begin to feel like a robot. Despite being trained in everything and having a variety of different types of calls, everything becomes repetitive, you're spitting out the same script over and over, your calls are usually constant and back to back, you don't really get a breather in between, and where they used to allow us to occupy ourselves with coloring, puzzles, diamond paintings, etc. while talking, when we aren't doing anything on the computers, they now expect us to stare at a wall. I worked there for 5 years and while I do highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a comfy job, especially straight out of school, this job made me feel so burnt out and dead inside. It's been 5 months, I'm still recovering.

Pros

Easy to work if you’re into sales and are good with people. Hourly pay is above the average pay of other carriers which is nice during slower months because you don’t have to rely on sales as much when there’s nobody to sell to. However, during busier months, pay will be lower than other carriers because they see many more customers, younger ones especially.

Cons

Old consumer base which tries to save every penny they can. Even with being in sales for a long time it’s hard to sell to them because they don’t want to spend anything. Few young people shop and it can be annoying for some people having to repeat things a lot. Cameras are very monitored/voice recorded and they listen to everything they can. You feel super micromanaged by the cameras. There’s snacks but only for customers which you can get in trouble if you eat food that’s already sitting there that nobody else eats.
