Pros

Good pay, 40 hours, nice seating when working. Bonuses, insurance, easy to call out.

Cons

Bad for health, mentally, and physically. I started having weight gains and chest pains working here. the customers are the worst customers I have ever had to deal with. they argue with you and will never accept the fact that they are wrong. Having to create notes on an account is dumb (Most people half assed them and they are incoherent) TSS dont care. the 10 hour shifts and working weekends is just wrong. Back to back calls make it hard when someone disconnects whether, they hung up or call dropped.
