Pros

Decent pay, Stable hours, Can listen to head phones at desk.

Cons

Draconian attendance policy. Not alot of room for upward mobility.

Pros

After 32 hours the time is overtime.. oh wait they changed that

Cons

The companies standards are horrible. If you don’t meet you’re metrics you're up a creek. One of those metrics being VOC voice of the customer. 8.1 voc so say you have angry customers who you helped and there was nothing you could do like send them a free phone, pay there bill, ANYTHINHG that is beyond you’re control they give a bad survey you pay for it no bonus, which now is even harder to reach. You may have those few understanding and adult acting customers but I’ve never been so disrespected by so many customers in my life. All the cons and changing pay structure and metrics make it depressing to go into work.

Completely paid benefits Good pay even if you have no experience

Cons

Strict Attendance Policy Breaks and lunches spent alone The company likes to talk itself up during training and when you get out on the floor its completely different
