Really bad management style random rules made up on the spot and the workers are not listened to

Do not work here. They fire about 4-5 people a day. I had a training class off 100 people when I started and when I left a year later only 3 remained. There are so many promotions because they fire so many people. Attendance policy is way too strict. Monthly Bonus can be lost in the blink of an eye. They punish you for calling out by forcing you to use your PTO. I was written up because i needed to go to the bathroom and clean up my bloody nose. They will suspend you for walking to the bathroom and sending a quick text. If you like to be micro managed then go here. If not stay far away. P.S. they like to fire people before a milestone bonus.
