Pros

While I worked there, there were great health benefits, easy to advance if you met metrics and applied to higher positions, great training and development opportunities, and chances of team involvement. They also had a family-type of environment before they were in the full process of being bought out.

Cons

The metric system is what determines where you are, meaning you could receive a raise or be demoted due to not being consistent. You have to apply for any raise, even if you meet the qualifications. Often faced with stressful situations that cannot always be easily resolved or resolved at all. No option for part-time job, it is a company that only hires full-time. If you are hired on through a staffing company.
