Business Outlook
Pros
Workload is pretty easy as a Team Supervisor. There are perks and lows though they do keep adding more job duties onto the team leads with no increase on salary
Cons
The culture was really toxic as you had the battle between the new hires and the old staff who came over with the buy out. The old staff are paid MUCH lower than the new hires so they go out of their way to try and get you fired or make your job difficult.
