Management is inconsistent. Each Supervisor has a Senior above him and each of them are constantly changing, and with that, the policies keep changing. If you fall on anyone bad side, you are done for. I have worked there for over 6 years and the last year and a half was the most stressful for me in my life. I was scared to come to work. Answering the phones and providing tech support was the easy part. The issue is that you are required to make outbound calls if needed, but it would be held against your metrics for doing so. They claim to be all about customer service, however, they do nothing to actually assist the customer with their needs. They have you schedule a customer to go to Target, however, the employees there are working for a 3rd party and do not care to assist, even when they actually manage to show up for their shifts. Customers at CC are giving lip service. You are required to setup callbacks when they ask for a supervisor, however, they rarely ever callback a customer. Since switching to ATT exclusively, CC is not able to provide a good coverage, especially when you live somewhat remotely. As a Reseller, they are not able to provide 100% coverage as you would receive from ATT itself. Many times, CC drops the ball when it comes to phone replacements, and I feel the customer is in a way being lied to, because they are being told how easy it would be to transfer their number and services and they speak of how they will receive the same service, when in reality, CC falls short of this promise. Considering that the main customer is 50+, the service is just not there. I love the ability to help, but at CC, that is not what they want you to do, even so they may tell you it is their goal. Even under the new ownership of a Private Equity Firm, services have not improved. After quitting there I was finally able to breath again and become a decent human again. I am ashamed for having worked there as long as I did and to have participated in their Scharade.
