Pros

Free healthcare, decent starting pay ($13.25 as of now)

Cons

I was working at another call center in tempe when i was offered this job, it literally sounded AMAZING. 3.25 more than what i was making, free health care, company is expanding so room for growth, lots of schedules to choose from, etc etc etc. They make it sound SO amazing and its terrible. my biggest complaint is that the supervisors do what they want, and each supervisor does things differently. so far i have not had my permanent supervisor give me one single direction that was the same as i got in training. which led to me failing calls and looking stupid more times than i'd care to admit. the attendance policy is ridiculous, i understand you need your employees there but you also need to keep employees around and nobody is happy with these policies. the trainers are extremely sarastic and make the trainees feel stupid when asking a question. its just not as good of a place as they like to portray with all the fluff they throw in. within the first week, almost half my training class was gone. as someone else mentioned it's a good place to make a quick buck while finding a more permanent position where you can actually breath and not walk on eggshells. Also they put you in a schedule giving you no options. i was lucky enough to be in the top 5 so i got to kind of choose but in reality they hardly took what i had to say into consideration. theres no reason you cant rank employees by performance/attendance or SOMETHING and let the top performers choose first, then middle performers, bottom and so on.

Pros

The pay is decent, and the benefits are 100% paid for employees. The recruiting and human resources staff are professional, and exceedingly nice.

Cons

The benefits are free, but let's just say you get what you pay for. The call center itself was the most low class setup I have ever had the displeasure to work in. The carpet was heavily stained, most of the call center staff seemed second rate at best. The break room is equipped with an Avanti Market kiosk, but that's where the niceties end, the company doesn't even provide free coffee. The training borders on trite, and there is very little of it since you are on the phones on your second day on the job.... I was excited when I was offered the job, but once I got in there and saw how things really were, I couldn't wait to get out of there. I was gone 2 days after I started.

Pros

Fair pay and fair expectations to meet, lots of room to make the customer satisfied with their experience. Friendly environment and people, they do what they can to help you meet expectations and you don't have to go far to get the help you need.

Cons

Little to no room for growth in the smallest call center of the 3. Management tends to make headache inducing decisions and can be expected to do the opposite of common sense before changing.
