That's the only thing good I have to say the pay is horrible they have no intentions of giving the amounted raise allotted by the state and they sure didn't give it on January 1st 2024 they're going to dull it out when they're getting paid six or seven more dollars on the hour by the state they're going to give us $1 maybe two what a joke then they play favorites with their family members who work with us they also play favorites from the office as to who they want to promote or who they want to give more hours to
You will have plenty of overtime ability, but if you work 8-16 hour days/nights in a row and oversleep through a meeting you will get written up. They do not work with your schedule and the upper management has 0 professionalism or class.
