Pros

Some good hardworking people in the rank and file but the culture forces everyone to the mean

Cons

-Really poor, uninspiring upper leadership -No morals or ethics. -Senior leaders have an air of superiority and little respect for employees -Technical expertise is not valued -Way to focused on the CE Way and metrics and little interest in understanding how the actual work is done -Leadership hides behind the CE Way and forces frivolous process on employees

Pros

Great salary and great benefits.

Cons

The company is very disconnected. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. A lot of band-aid fixes.
