      I got out of there before I had a nervous breakdown.

      Cons

      Worked for CGC for over 5 years. I was promoted twice and was well-liked by my peers. One day, out of the blue, I was told I wasn't following direction and they gave me a 2 week "probation period". After 1 week they fired me without reason or guidance. I was never written up or counseled. I never got in trouble and only received accolades from customers and coworkers until that day.
