Management is inadequately trained for the departments they are in charge of, the equipment is outdated, the break room is disgusting, the air conditioning does not work in certain offices in the building, they have no sick days but yet have a point system to punish you for being out sick, there are no bonuses or personal days, there is no organization, overall feeling that you are not appreciated, employees are not treated the same, some get picked out the crowd and punished and others do the same thing and it is overlooked, management allows employees to be bullied by HR staff, lots of turnaround, no opportunity for advancement, consequences are forced upon employees for making errors instead of implementing rules to keep errors from happening in the first place.
